He accumulated expertise from Alaska to Asia, with significant stints at renowned establishments such as Eleven Madison Park, Mirazur, and Grand Coeur.

In 2018, Chef Rafael Gomes opened his own restaurant in Paris, “Itacoa Paris,” earning acclaim for his inventive and delectable creations. He then returned to Brazil, where he triumphed in the third edition of MasterChef Professionals, solidifying his status as a culinary icon.
